Role: Business Development Executive Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Salary: 5-6 LPA Experience: 2-4 years We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding our Continuing Medical Education (CME) offerings across India. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate high-quality business leads for CME courses through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking. Sell CME courses to doctors and healthcare professionals, consistently meeting and exceeding enrolment and revenue targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with medical practitioners, institutions, and key stakeholders. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with doctors and medical groups to promote course offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of CME programs. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a healthcare-related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet targets. Prior experience in selling educational programs, training, or professional services is preferred.
