Coordinate with companies for campus drives and recruitment processes. Organize training programs to enhance student employability. Prepare placement statistics and submit reports to management. Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field. Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
