Liaise with HR teams of companies to secure placement opportunities. Organize campus drives, interviews, and training sessions for engineering students. Develop industry tie‑ups and MoUs to enhance placement opportunities. Track placement statistics and prepare reports. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field. Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
