Job Title: Counseling & Wellness Teacher Location: Aurangabad Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred) Gender: Female Preferred Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Counseling & Wellness Teacher to support students’ emotional, mental, and social well-being. The candidate will help students manage academic pressure, personal challenges, and develop positive life skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students. Support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns. Promote mental health awareness and wellness programs in the school. Work closely with teachers and parents to support student development. Conduct workshops on stress management, confidence building, and life skills. Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress. Guide students in building positive relationships and healthy habits. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Child Development. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive student issues with empathy and professionalism. Prior experience in a school environment will be an added advantage.
