The candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach English language and literature to students from Grade 8 to 12. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Develop students’ grammar, writing, and speaking skills. Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance. Encourage students to participate in debates, presentations, and language activities. Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment. Coordinate with school management and parents regarding student progress. Requirements Required Qualifications: MA in English / BA & B.Ed in English (preferred). Strong command of English language and communication skills.
