The ideal candidate should have a strong creative approach, good visual sense, and hands-on experience in designing content for social media, digital platforms, print materials, school events, and promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing designs for the school's digital and print communication. Design creatives for social media posts, reels, banners, brochures, posters, invitations, certificates, and other promotional materials. Develop creative content for school events, annual functions, admission campaigns, celebrations, and activities. Work closely with the school management and relevant departments to understand design requirements. Create graphics and visual content aligned with the school's branding guidelines. Edit and enhance photographs and other visual materials as required. Support the digital marketing and communication team with regular creative requirements. Prepare designs in appropriate formats for both digital and print use. Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines. Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, imagery, and overall visual presentation. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline will be preferred. Relevant experience as a Graphic Designer will be preferred. Strong working knowledge of graphic designing and image-editing software. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or equivalent design software. Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual composition. Knowledge of basic video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage. Strong creative and conceptual thinking. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain design quality.
