Monitor and support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child through observation and individualized attention. Implement play-based and activity-driven learning strategies aligned with early childhood education frameworks. Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress, behavior, and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and school policies. Prepare and maintain classroom materials, learning aids, and records in compliance with institutional standards. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a recognized D.Ed (Diploma in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in early childhood education or as a preschool teacher. Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a nurturing and structured atmosphere. Proficiency in basic digital tools for record-keeping, lesson planning, and parent communication.
