The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the linguistic and cultural foundation of our high school students by delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned Hindi instruction. This role demands a strong command of the Hindi language, pedagogical expertise, and a commitment to student-centered learning. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment. With a focus on holistic development, the TGT Hindi Teacher will contribute significantly to the academic excellence and cultural enrichment of our school community. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified educator with 3–5 years of experience to grow professionally in a supportive and progressive educational setting. --- ### *Responsibilities* - Deliver comprehensive and engaging Hindi language instruction to high school students (Classes 9–10) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. - Develop and implement innovative, student-centered lesson plans aligned with CBSE/State Board syllabi. - Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and evaluations; provide timely feedback for improvement. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation. - Collaborate with the teaching staff and department heads to ensure curriculum coherence and academic standards. - Participate in school-wide events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. - Support the school’s mission by promoting values such as discipline, integrity, and lifelong learning. *Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Joining* - Original educational certificates (Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, B.Ed.) - Experience certificate from the previous employer - Aadhaar card (copy) - Bank account details (cancelled cheque or passbook copy) - Previous salary statement (last 3 months) *Note* Candidates currently pursuing further studies are *not eligible* for this position, as leaves will not be granted for exam preparation. Only leaves for government job examinations on the actual exam day will be considered. Requirements *Requirements* - Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (BA) with Postgraduate qualification (MA) in Hindi or equivalent. - B.Ed. (Hindi) or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized university. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting (preferred in high school level). - Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and literary knowledge. - Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments. - Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for classroom instruction. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) as per school schedule. - Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to the school’s code of conduct. - Ability to work under a 2-year bond agreement post-joining. - Must be available to join on or before *June 1st*.
