Job Description: Seller Support Executive – E-commerce Process Location: Pune Industry: E-commerce Designation: Seller Support Executive / Customer Support Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Required Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the E-commerce industry (Mandatory) Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month Working Days: 5.5 days per week Shift: Rotational shifts Week Off: Rotational Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility, including during odd working hours Role Summary We are hiring Seller Support Executives for an E-commerce process in Pune. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in the E-commerce industry. Experience in a non-E-commerce industry will not meet this mandatory eligibility criterion, even if the candidate has customer service or international voice process experience. The selected candidates will handle seller-related queries, provide effective resolutions, manage escalations, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle seller and customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions. Support sellers through the communication channels assigned to the process. Understand seller concerns, investigate issues, and resolve them in accordance with process guidelines. Handle escalations professionally and coordinate with internal teams whenever required. Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and case resolutions. Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Achieve assigned targets related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and resolution timelines. Ensure a professional and customer-focused service experience. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of work experience in the E-commerce industry is compulsory. Candidates must have worked in an E-commerce company in a Seller Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar relevant process. Candidates with experience in either domestic or international customer service within the E-commerce industry may apply. B2-level communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. Candidates must currently reside in Pune. Relocation candidates will not be considered. Important: Profiles That Will Not Be Considered Candidates with no prior experience in the E-commerce industry. Candidates whose entire experience is in BPO, telecom, banking, hospitality, retail, or other non-E-commerce industries. Candidates with only international customer service experience but no E-commerce industry experience. Freshers and candidates with less than 6 months of E-commerce industry experience.
