Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respectful dialogue. Collaborate with fellow educators to align teaching strategies and support student learning across subjects. Utilize digital tools and educational technology to enhance instruction and student engagement. Maintain accurate records of student performance and participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
