Responsibilities Develop, manage, and continuously optimize school transport routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while minimizing travel time and fuel consumption. Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers and transport supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, punctuality, and professional conduct. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, student attendance, route changes, and incident reports. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Education Administration, or a related field (preferred). 5–10 years of proven experience in school transport operations, with a strong track record in route planning and optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with staff, parents, and school officials.
