Unit Manager or Center Head needed for a reputed International Preschool in Bagalur, Bengaluru-562149 Unit Manager – International Preschool Location: Bagalur, Bengaluru Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month Timings: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Unit Manager to lead operations at our preschool in Bagalur. The role involves managing daily activities, building strong parent relationships, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving admissions while maintaining the highest standards of early childhood education. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily preschool operations with a focus on quality and safety Recruit, develop, and lead a team of competent and warm-hearted educators Implement curriculum aligned with local regulations and international early childhood frameworks Build trusted relationships with parents through effective communication and counselling Drive admissions and ensure enrolment targets are achieved Manage budgets and ensure financial performance of the preschool Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and regulatory requirements Contribute to the preschool’s reputation and future growth in India Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education) Minimum 5 years’ experience as a preschool center head or in a similar leadership role Inspiring leader and motivator with strong people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive, positive thinker with strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office and HR systems Strong command of written and spoken English Preferred Candidate Locations Candidates residing in or near the following areas will be given preference: Gummanahalli Hunasamaranahalli Sonnapanahalli Kodigenahalli Chokkanahalli Bellahalli Chowdenahalli Sampigehalli Interested candidates, kindly apply at: soumya@educohire.com
