Key Responsibilities Manage the front office and reception area efficiently. Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff professionally. Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence. Coordinate visitor management and maintain front-office records. Provide information regarding school activities, schedules, and general enquiries. Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain proper documentation and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements Requirements Good English communication skills are mandatory. Female candidates preferred. Local candidates only.
