Position: Admission Counselor – Female Industry: Preschool / Early Childhood Education Location: Ireo skyon, sector 60 ,Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: 20,000 - 25000 per month Candidate Preference: Local candidates from Ghaziabad only Training: minimum 10 days in Indrapuram Job Responsibilities Handle enquiries from parents regarding admissions, courses, fees, and school facilities. Counsel parents and convert enquiries into admissions. Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Achieve admission and enrollment targets. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Conduct school visits and explain the preschool's programs and facilities to parents. Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with the academic and administrative tea Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, or a similar role. Candidates must have a sales background. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Good command of English and Hindi. Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality. Ability to handle parent queries professionally and convert leads into admissions. Only local candidates from Ghaziabad will be considered. Prior experience in a preschool/school/education sector will be an added advantage.
