In charge of whole online business of AEG, including distribution business and direct to consumer online stores operation.

For distribution business: 1) Develop new distributor to have good cooperation business; 2) Manage existed distributors to achieve monthly\seasonally\yearly sales target by following up the whole process of orders. Support to operate dealer’s online stores, review and analyze store data to increase the business volume. 3) Based on director’s online business strategy, control and manage the business model into right direction by right product strategy and marketing approaches. Support dealers’ stores sellout performance.

For Direct to consumers business: 1) Work with TP closely to manage and operate the daily online store business; 2) According to the D2C business strategy, implement the product plan, digital marketing plan and sell-out events; 3) Manage store’s P&L; 4) Manage brand wechat official store.

Keep and manage good relationships with mainstream online platforms especially TMALL, JD, and Douyin. During mega campaigns, work with internal and external teams to ask for more resources to participate into platform activities to drive more sales.

Work and coordinate with internal cross function teams, including marketing team for digital marketing driving sales, new product launch and existed product analysis with product teams, sales forecast accuracy and logistics with supply chain team, P&L management with Finance team, etc.
