Develops innovative solutions and approaches to engineering challenges to determine the sequence of steps or processes needed to improve efficiency and productivity of the organization's manufacturing operations.

• →     Industrialize New Products, according to Electrolux product creation procedures.
• →     Coordinate project engineers assigned to the project, in agreement with IME Rayong director
• →     Ensure the integration of new equipment in the plant (specifically when it comes to layout, connectivity, material flow, etc.)
• →     Supervise tech specs preparation and their alignment to group standards and technology roadmap
• →     Supervise supplier offer, checking their adherence to tech specs and to budget amount
• →     Ensure the respect of project KPIs: timing, quality, capex, costs
• →     Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects (EPM) and Capex Steering teams.
• →     Analyze production capacity, develop plan to shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
• →     Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solution.
• →     Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.

Education

•     Bachelor ’s Degree or Master, in Engineering or equivalent combined with professional experience in manufacturing

Experience

•     Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
