Quick Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable, well-engineered software components across our Service Platforms ecosystem spanning backend services, integrations, and user-facing applications.
About the Role
~1 min readService Platforms Engineering is looking for a versatile Software Engineer to strengthen our core engineering capability across the Digital Post Purchase domain, the technology powering Contact Center and Field Service Operations at Electrolux.
This is intentionally not a role tied to a single platform or vertical. Rather than being anchored to one CRM or FSM stack, you'll operate as a flexible engineering resource, moving fluidly across our application landscape wherever technical depth is needed most, whether that's a backend service, an integration layer, a customer-facing web experience, or a mobile app. You'll bring strong, portable software engineering skills that apply regardless of the specific platform underneath.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a builder first and a platform specialist second: comfortable picking up new codebases, new frameworks, and new problem domains as priorities shift.

Flex across technical domains based on business priority, rather than being confined to a single application or vertical.
- →
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code in .NET/C# and Python, and contribute to Mobile codebases (React Native) as needed.
- →
Participate in solution design discussions, bringing sound technical judgement and a bias toward simplicity and reliability.
- →
Integrate applications with Azure cloud services, MongoDB, and other modern cloud-native infrastructure.
- →
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technical approaches before committing to full builds.
- →
Apply and grow domain knowledge in CRM and Field Service platforms where relevant to the work, without being limited by it.
- →
Collaborate closely with product owners, UX, and delivery teams across a global engineering community.
- →
Champion good engineering practice — code review, testing, CI/CD, and documentation — and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.
