Responsibilities

- →Build long‑term client relationships and support retention
- →Provide a professional, welcoming experience at check‑in and check‑out
- →Process payments and appointments accurately and efficiently
- →Communicate clearly with clients, therapists, and managers
- →Support internal and external marketing and promotional efforts
- →Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards
- →Manage and follow up with leads to generate appointments and membership opportunities
Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presence

- Customer service experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plus

- Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends
