Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

What we're looking for:

• Someone who's a great talker, but an even better listener
• Prior front desk and or retail sales experience (bonus points if you've sold memberships or services face to face)
• Comfort with scheduling and payment software (don't worry, it's easy to learn, we'll train you)
• A genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience; spa, salon, gym, or similar service settings are a great fit
• Someone who takes pride in creating a great environment for both clients and teammates
• Someone ready to be challenged and grow, not coast

Schedule note: This role requires evening and weekend availability, including Sundays. If your availability is limited to weekday mornings only, this likely isn't the right fit, but if weekends and evenings work for you, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a year round, ongoing position (not seasonal), with a real path to grow your income through commission and bonuses as you build your client relationships, along with skills that will serve you well beyond this job.
