Stretch Specialist / Assisted Stretch & Mobility Coach

At Elements Massage® Edgewater , we’re dedicated to helping people move better, feel better, and live better. We’re looking for a passionate and personable Stretch Specialist to provide guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a welcoming, supportive, and wellness-focused studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for a movement professional who enjoys one-on-one client care, values consistency and meaningful connections, and wants to make a positive impact on clients’ overall well-being—without the pressure of a sales-driven or clinical environment.

• →Provide personalized assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage® approved techniques
• →Guide clients through active and passive stretching to support flexibility, mobility, and overall movement
• →Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, recommended visit frequency, and simple at-home practices
• →Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional client experience
• →Build positive relationships with clients and provide consistent, personalized care
• →Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and fellow team members
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment
• →Follow all safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines

Candidates should have one or more of the following qualifications, based on applicable local requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Degree or relevant coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
• Certified Yoga or Pilates Instructor
• Other relevant movement, fitness, or wellness certifications may be considered

• Have a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best
• Enjoy providing hands-on, one-on-one client care
• Are comfortable guiding clients through assisted stretching and mobility techniques
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are dependable, professional, and attentive to client needs
