  Degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field

  Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear outcomes

  High ownership mindset with strong execution in fast-paced environments, combining hands-on delivery with independent drive

  Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)

  Fast learner with intellectual curiosity across technical and business topics

• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, DeepTech, VC, consulting, or investment banking is a plus

• Strong interest in quantum computing and emerging technologies

• Existing networks in technology or investor landscape

• Early responsibility with real impact on core strategic and operational topics.
