About the Role
~1 min readWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-volume industrial manufacturing facility in Piscataway, NJ.
This is a direct placement opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment, strong benefits, and long-term stability.
If you’re an experienced Industrial Electrician who’s comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, this is a solid opportunity to step into a clean, modern facility with strong systems in place.
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 2/2/3 rotation (every other weekend off)
- Overtime available
What We Offer

~1 min read- →Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment
- →Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and calibrations
- →Read and interpret:
- →Electrical schematics
- →Ladder logic diagrams
- →Wiring and installation drawings
- →Install and service electrical components and industrial machinery
- →Troubleshoot:
- →Power distribution systems
- →AC/DC control circuits
- →Motors (main & auxiliary)
- →Work with:
- →Contactors, relays, solenoids, drives, and control components
- →Upload/download and work with PLC programs
- →Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, laptop-based systems) to identify and resolve issues
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 5 years of Industrial Electrician experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with PLCs (certification required, programming is an asset)
- Solid understanding of:
- AC/DC motors and controls
- Electrical safety and industrial standards
- National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools:
- Multimeter
- Clamp meter
- Voltage tester
- Stable, long-term opportunity
- Clean, modern facility (less firefighting, more structured maintenance)
- Strong compensation + upside after conversion
- Good rotation schedule (built-in time off)
