Contract Support Administrator Expert Level

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ten (10) years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ten (10) years of administrative support experience to include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents.
- Six (6) year of work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields: contracts, administration, finance, and/or program administration.
- Ten (10) years or more contract administration experience required
- FSP Clearance required
Requirements
~1 min read- DAWIA Level 1 or higher in Contracting or FAC-C Level 1 or higher certification.
- Experience with Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Contract Writing System (CWS)
- Associate's degree or other advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology,
- 1 year with Gov acquisition contracting process
- One year of work experience with Government (Federal, State, or Local) acquisition contracting process.
- Experience working with organization(s) in the Intelligence Community.
The CSA shall demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills in order to convey information clearly and concisely; have technological skills necessary to perform the SOW CSA tasks; possess strong organizational and time management skills; have a basic understanding of the contracts process; take initiative to learn responsibilities; manage tasks and responsibilities independently; and demonstrate attention to detail in order to minimize clerical errors and mistakes.
