Independently develop formulas and process of color cosmetics and lead problem solving for developing related issues to ensure the smooth launch.

Product development

Develop color cosmetics formulas with high technical challenges, finish the validation of formula part
Co-work with process engineer to finish the pilot trial
Compile and review all related technical files
Coach fillers to develop the products and solve relative technical issues

Identify, analyze and drive resolution of technical issues
Lead fillers and suppliers for the action plan execution

Be familiar with raw materials, formula design and quality standard of color cosmetics
Familiar with regulatory requirements of US /EU/China
