As a Lead Microsoft Purview & M365 Copilot Administrator, you’ll be responsible for configuring, administering, and improving Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance controls in order to support secure, compliant, and well-managed AI usage across the organization.

• Configure and administer Microsoft Purview controls across data security, compliance, monitoring, and governance use cases
• Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and governance settings in line with enterprise requirements
• Design, configure, and maintain DLP policies, including controls related to Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-enabled workflows
• Support Copilot Studio and agent governance concepts, including restrictions, monitoring, and safe enablement practices
• Partner with compliance and legal stakeholders to support eDiscovery processes and Microsoft Purview-related investigations
• Monitor Purview and Copilot reporting, including AI usage, adoption, risk indicators, and token-pack burn where available
• Support broader Microsoft 365 administration needs beyond SharePoint, with a focus on governance, security, and operational reliability
• Collaborate with Snowflake and data platform teams where AI governance intersects with enterprise data access and controls
• Create practical runbooks, operating cadence, escalation paths, and administration processes for ongoing AI governance operations

• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Purview in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, governance, and operational support
• Good understanding of DLP policy configuration and how DLP controls apply across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform scenarios
• Experience supporting Microsoft Purview compliance capabilities, including eDiscovery, audit, reporting, and monitoring
• Understanding of Copilot Studio, Power Platform governance, and agent governance concepts
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration knowledge beyond SharePoint, ideally across compliance, security, and tenant-level administration
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical controls, admin processes, and runbooks
• Experience working with compliance, security, data platform, and business stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently in a senior, hands-on role with a structured and pragmatic approach

• Experience supporting enterprise AI governance or AI operations functions
• Experience working with Snowflake or enterprise data platform teams
• Familiarity with token usage, AI adoption, or consumption reporting models
• Experience setting up operating cadence, governance forums, or admin support models for newly adopted enterprise platforms
• Microsoft certifications related to Security, Compliance, Identity, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform
