Housekeeping Valet / General Duties Attendant (S26)

In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Housekeeping Valet / General Duties Attendant.

To provide efficient support to the Housekeeping Department by handling all guest and staff laundry services, linen movements, and general housekeeping duties. The Housekeeping Valet ensures that guest garments, uniforms, and linen are cleaned, pressed, and delivered according to resort standards, contributing to a seamless and immaculate guest experience.

• Collect, record, and deliver guest laundry, dry cleaning.
• Handle all uniforms and staff laundry according to established procedures.
• Collect, sort, and distribute clean linen, towels, and amenities to the designated floor pantries and guest areas.
• Ensure the linen and uniform rooms are organized, clean, and adequately stocked.
• Assist Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors in daily operations, including room supplies replenishment and back-of-house cleaning tasks.
• Report and deliver any found items to the Lost & Found according to policy.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Supervisor to support the department’s efficient functioning.

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or laundry role in a hotel or resort preferred.
• Knowledge of fabric care, and equipment handling.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Ability to communicate in English (basic level); additional languages are an advantage.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and guest-service oriented.
• Organized and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive requests.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle moderate lifting and movement of linen carts.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Driving license
