In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Public Area Attendant.

To ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of all public spaces within the resort, contributing to a welcoming and luxurious environment for guests and visitors.

• Clean and sanitize all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain floors, carpets, glass, and surfaces in pristine condition.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and monitor cleanliness throughout the day.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or unusual activity promptly.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Support special event setup or cleaning needs as assigned.
• Greet guests courteously when in contact and maintain a discreet presence.

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene protocols
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Basic English communication skills
• High sense of cleanliness and hygiene
• Reliability and punctuality
• Discreet and courteous guest interaction
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
