Are you a problem-solver who enjoys bridging the gap between ambitious Sales teams and technical systems? We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to act as a strategic partner in defining and optimizing our Lead-to-Cash roadmap. In this role, you won't just be taking orders; you’ll be a "translator" who ensures every system change drives operational efficiency and protects our revenue. If you have an operations mindset and love turning complex business pain points into elegant technical solutions, let’s talk.
-
Discovery: Lead interviews with Sales, Finance, and Operations to document business pain points and desired outcomes.
-
Solution Mapping: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional requirements for Salesforce CPQ Admin and Developers.
-
Prioritization: Manage the Business Systems backlog, prioritizing features based on ROI and strategic importance.
-
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate consensus between conflicting department needs, such as Sales flexibility versus Finance rigidity.
-
UAT: Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet the business's quality standards.
-
Training: Develop training documentation and lead sessions to ensure high user adoption of new Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Support: Provide first-level triage and support to our internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
-
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically within Salesforce-driven environments.
-
Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including quote-to-order and billing processes.
-
Technical Exposure: Ideally, you have been exposed to Salesforce CPQ and understand its role in the broader business ecosystem.
-
Analytical Prowess: Expert-level ability to visualize complex data flows and business logic.
-
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and clearly articulate technical needs to non-technical partners.
-
A Strategic Partner: You are comfortable defining a roadmap and acting as the primary link between business stakeholders (largely Sales) and technical development teams.
-
An Operations Mindset: You have a keen eye for efficiency and understand how to translate business requirements into functional system improvements.
-
A Relationship Builder: You enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and provide support.
- A Quality Advocate: You take pride in ensuring that every system change drives efficiency and meets high standards through rigorous testing and user training.
