We're hiring a Content Quality and Strategy Specialist to work at the intersection of influencer marketing, content strategy, and product storytelling. This role is focused on ensuring that all creator-led content meets a high bar for quality, clarity, and performance. You won't just review content: you'll shape it. From ideation and briefs to final output, you'll ensure that everything creators publish is not only engaging, but drives real product understanding and outcomes. You'll partner closely with the Influencer Marketing, Product, and Growth teams, acting as the quality gate and strategic backbone for all creator content.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own content quality end-to-end across creator campaigns: from briefs and ideation to review, feedback, and final approvals.
- →Translate campaign goals into sharp, actionable creator briefs with strong hooks, narratives, and CTAs.
- →Ensure creators accurately communicate product use cases, workflows, and value propositions.
- →Review and refine creator content to maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and clarity.
- →Partner closely with the Influencer Marketing team across campaigns, creators, and geographies.
- →Identify gaps in content and proactively improve storytelling, positioning, and structure.
- →Standardize quality through SOPs, checklists, and scalable review frameworks.
- →Collaborate with product and growth teams to align content with product updates and launches.
- →Analyze high-performing content to extract insights and continuously improve output quality.
- →Operate at high velocity, reviewing and iterating across multiple creators and campaigns daily.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging, clear, and conversion-driven.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and structure.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with short-form content formats: Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Exposure to SaaS, tech, AI, or product-led growth environments.
