Responsibilities

→Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their technical and business challenges
→Build, customise, and deploy solutions using Emergent's AI-powered platform
→Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications
→Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows
→Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes
→Identify recurring customer problems and turn them into scalable product and process improvements
→Own projects end-to-end, from understanding requirements to deployment and iteration
→Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving are highly valued

Strong software engineering or technical problem-solving experience
Experience building and deploying web applications or software products
Comfortable working with APIs, databases, debugging, and integrations
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across the stack
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
Ability to move quickly, experiment, and deliver high-quality solutions
Experience with AI/LLM-based tools is a plus
Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US and European time zones
