We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own conversion and monetization: drive experiments across pricing, packaging, paywalls, upgrade flows, and in-product monetization levers
- →Increase retention and engagement: identify drop-off points, design interventions, and ship features that keep users coming back
- →Build customer insight loops: run user research, analyze behavioral data, synthesize feedback, and turn insights into high-impact product bets
- →Define and obsess over metrics: track conversion funnels, LTV, churn, activation rates, and engagement cohorts. Measure everything, iterate relentlessly
- →Partner across teams: work with Applied AI on agent capabilities, Software Architects on technical implementation, Growth and Analytics on experimentation, and Marketing on go-to-market, all to optimize the end-to-end user journey in Emergent's app builder
- →Think like the customer: understand what makes users adopt, love, and pay for Emergent, then build the roadmap around it
- 5+ years in product management, ideally at a high-growth tech company with strong focus on growth, conversion, or monetization
- Proven track record of working on B2C or B2B problems affecting millions of users, driving measurable impact on acquisition, retention, or revenue
- Strong technical fluency: you can work effectively with engineers, understand data models, write SQL queries, and interpret analytics dashboards
- Insatiable curiosity to experiment and learn the new AI stack: you're excited to understand how AI agents work and how to build products on top of them
- Customer-obsessed and data-driven: you start with user insights, validate with data, and ship with conviction
- Bias for action: you thrive in fast-paced environments, move quickly, and aren't afraid to fail forward
