LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse (Per-Diem)

Eminence Home Care CT is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Per-Diem LPN, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality healthcare and compassionate support to our patients in the comfort of their homes. • →Active LPN license in good standing
• →Minimum of 1-year experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health care
• →Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• →Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on patient needs
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse patient population
• →Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care
• →CPR certification and basic life support training
