  • You will support the day-to-day fulfilment operations across Central European markets, ensuring that customer orders are delivered reliably and efficiently.
  • You will work closely with our warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • You will analyse logistics performance and key KPIs, identify deviations, and support the development of improvement measures.
  • You will contribute to projects aimed at improving delivery performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • You will support the implementation and optimisation of logistics processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Tech, and Network Management.
  • You will take ownership of your own analyses and smaller projects while gaining hands-on experience in an international e-commerce logistics environment.
  •  
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to understand problems and develop practical solutions.
  • You are confident working with Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several topics at the same time.
  • You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to take ownership.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams and external partners.
  • You are fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
  • You are eager to learn and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
