  • Support the execution and optimization of Influencer Marketing campaigns across LATAM, primarily for Colombia
  • Track and monitor campaign performance through coupon codes and UTMs, ensuring accurate attribution of revenue
  • Assist in building weekly and monthly performance reports (Excel / Tableau), analyzing key metrics such as revenue, spend, and ROAS
  • Maintain and update internal tools (e.g. Airtable) for influencer contracts, activities, and campaign tracking
  • Scout and evaluate influencers based on performance potential, audience fit, and content quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams, country stakeholders, and external partners (e.g. agencies) to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Support the planning and execution of key seasonal campaigns (e.g. Hot Sale, Buen Fin) and special activations such as live shopping and/or podcast collaborations
  • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and propose ideas to improve campaign performance and scalability
  • Analyze performance trends (WoW, YoY, vs targets) and identify actionable insights, including understanding latency and revenue spillover effects
  • Help build and document best practices to scale Influencer Marketing across markets
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Interest in performance marketing, influencers, and data-driven decision making
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience with tools such as Airtable, Tableau, GA4, or influencer platforms is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Salary of $18,000 (MXN)
