About the Role

We looking for a Senior Performance & Growth Manager for our Italy Ecommerce team. You will be responsible for driving and steering the commercial performance of a key market for Emma, through ownership of our commercial calendar, defining how to adapt our pricing & promotion strategy for the Italian market and ensuring all teams are aligned to deliver strong and consistent results
In this role you will have a cross-functional view of our business, dealing with a different array of teams from Marketing to ensure traffic and demand, Global Category Management to align our market strategy with the global direction of Emma's product portfolio, and Operations to guarantee product availability and guarantee a smooth fulfillment of products sold.

Own and steer commercial performance by tracking Promotions and Campaigns outcomes, leading daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and driving data-based decision-making to ensure target achievement and clear visibility on risks and opportunities.

Own and optimize growth levers by managing our commercial toolbox (promo mechanics, coupons, incentives, bundles), continuously improving efficiency, and conducting deep-dive analyses to unlock revenue and margin growth

Define and orchestrate the commercial calendar by planning and aligning all campaigns cross-functionally, leading key rituals (kick-offs, check-ins), ensuring flawless execution across channels, and driving post-mortem analyses with clear learnings

Act as the central coordination point for commercial topics by connecting Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, and leading key growth projects with full accountability on performance and reporting

Bring market and competitive insights by monitoring trends and competitors, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine the commercial strategy

You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies.

You have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, Key Account Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.

You understand pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward.

You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.

As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.
