About the Role
~1 min readAs you help create a welcoming and organized experience for clients, you'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced tax and accounting environment.
- Greet clients and answer phones in a personalized, friendly, and professional manner.
- Check clients in for appointments and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Receive client drop-offs and process client documentation received in person and through mail.
- Perform data entry related to tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative functions.
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain confidential client records and documentation.
- Create and maintain client folders and ensure accurate filing of records.
- Process client payments and assist with daily revenue reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Support office reporting and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Ensure office systems and network platforms are utilized appropriately to maintain client accounts and office programs.
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and distribution of completed client work.
- Perform filing, correspondence, faxing, document preparation, and other clerical support activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations and client service initiatives.
- Assist during peak tax season periods, including overtime as needed.
- Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Customer Service
- Experience with multiple web-based applications
- Computer knowledge specifically with Microsoft Suites
- Phone skills
• Associate's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience• 1-2 Years Experience• Technology driven• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suites including Teams• Self-Motivated
