Job Overview

Lantern is looking for a Network Success Specialist to join our Network Strategy and Operations team. This role is responsible for owning the operational execution of Change Requests and other recurring administrative tasks that support the Provider Success Manager (PSM) team. The role plays a critical part in maintaining provider data accuracy across systems, supporting claims and operational teams downstream, and enabling PSMs to focus on provider relationships and strategic network work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the intake, prioritization, execution, and completion of Change Requests across Salesforce and CareHub.
  • Serve as the primary point of ownership for recurring operational tasks currently supported by the PSM team.
  • Ensure provider, facility, and contract records are updated accurately and in accordance with established workflows.
  • Monitor Change Request queues to meet service-level expectations and prevent backlog or escalation.
  • Partner closely with Provider Success Managers to clarify requests, resolve data issues, and close open operational items.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations, Claims, and Systems teams to resolve dependencies and ensure changes are reflected correctly downstream.
  • Identify patterns in repeat requests or errors and surface opportunities for process clarification, standardization, or efficiency improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role.
  • Experience working with document workflows, shared systems, and structured, repeatable processes.
  • Comfort working in high‑volume, process‑driven environments that require accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Take ownership of work from request intake through full resolution without requiring frequent oversight.
  • Be highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing large volumes of repeatable operational tasks.
  • Act with urgency and accountability when supporting time-sensitive or downstream-impacting requests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Be comfortable working within defined workflows while contributing ideas to improve consistency and quality.
