The role 

As a Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated marketing activity that supports Enable’s brand, business and customer outcomes. 

This role leads end-to-end campaigns bringing a strong customer and market lens to decision‑making, ensuring marketing is consistent, effective and aligned with our long-term brand direction. 

You will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Engagement team, and partner with stakeholders across the business and external agencies to deliver strong outcomes. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives  

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of marketing activity across digital, social media, direct marketing and content channels 

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, applying insights to drive continuous improvement 

• Champion Enable’s brand and customer experience across marketing touchpoints 

• Contribute to Enable’s marketing strategy, planning and prioritisation, with focus across customer acquisition, retention and market positioning 

• Build strong, collaborative relationships to enable effective delivery across the business

• Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead marketing role, with strong end‑to‑end campaign delivery capability 

• Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to turn insight into action 

• Confident across digital marketing channels and platforms 

• A confident communicator who collaborates effectively 

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously 

• Customer‑focused, curious and motivated to continuously improve
