Electrical Supervisor

Manage and mentor service technicians. Allocate work and oversee daily service operations. Act as senior technical support for complex electrical issues. Oversee maintenance, installations, and commissioning. Ensure quality checks and safety compliance. Build and maintain client relationships. Support business growth through service contracts. Manage standby and emergency call-outs. Requirements Grade 12. Qualified Electrician / Millwright or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5–7 years’ experience in power generation or critical power systems. 3+ years in a supervisory or management role. Strong electrical fault-finding skills (LV systems, ATS, alternators, generators). Knowledge of diesel generators and control systems. Valid driver’s licence. Willing to travel and do standby duties. Strong leadership and team management skills.
