Harvesting Manager (Spekboom)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Harvesting Manager to oversee field operations, manage large teams, and ensure consistent delivery against production and quality targets across multiple Spekboom sites for our client for a two year contract. Responsibilities: Managing two harvesting teams. Overseeing daily production targets and outputs. Conducting quality assessments of harvested materials. Ensuring health and safety compliance across all teams and sites. Managing team welfare and accommodation on-site. Liaising with farmers, landowners, and project stakeholders. Maintaining strong client relationships and communication. Coordinating administrative requirements with support from head office. Overseeing on-site logistics, including food preparation for teams. Requirements 5+ years as a Harvesting/Farm Manager. Experience managing large teams. Strong Health and Safety / First Aid experience. Valid Drivers License (PDP) is required. Comfortable travelling and staying at various sites across the Eastern and Western Cape.
