Industrial Engineer (Logistics)

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our client’s global logistics team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and engineering mindset to design, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes across regional operations. You will lead efficiency-driven initiatives, support new client integrations, and play a key role in enhancing productivity, quality, and cost performance throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities Analyze and improve operational logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Design and implement facility layouts, workflows, and process improvements that boost productivity and quality. Support new client onboarding and implementations within the logistics network. Evaluate and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and related logistics software. Develop and track logistics metrics, KPIs, and analysis tools to measure performance. Conduct logistics studies, time and rate analyses, and process flow assessments. Provide engineering insights to support warehouse automation, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare documentation and reports related to logistics data, performance, and process evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and drive Lean practices. Requirements 5+ years experience in warehouse operations/Logistics engineering/Supply Chain Optimization. Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related. Lean Six Sigma certifications will receive preference. Experience with Warehouse Process Optimization. Advanced Excel skills. Experience SQL, Python pr Power BI. Hands on exposure to simulation, modeling and layout tools (AnyLogic, AutoMod or AutoCad). Familiarity with WMS, TMS and ERP platforms is advantageous. Experience with Automation and Robotics Integration. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement processes.
