School Social Worker - Teletherapy

Are you a Michigan Licensed School Social Worker looking for flexible, remote work?
Enablr Therapy is currently hiring a part-time (15 to 29 hours a week) School Social Worker to provide teletherapy services to students in a virtual school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a W-2 remote position offering the convenience of working from home with a flexible schedule that fits your life. Pay based on experience $42 - $43 per hour.

School Social Worker Position Overview:
This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 12 hours of direct work per week during school hours (Typically 8:00am-4:00pm) plus documentation time. You'll provide school-based mental health services to students virtually using Enablr's HIPAA-compliant platform. We're looking for compassionate, self-motivated clinicians with experience in school settings who are excited to bring their skills into a virtual environment.

Qualifications as a School Social Worker:
Candidates must hold an active Michigan License and Michigan Department of Education certification. A minimum of one year of school-based experience is required. Teletherapy experience is preferred but not required. Our supportive team is here to walk you through your journey with us. A private, secure workspace with a reliable computer and high-speed internet is necessary.
