Job Type: Full-time for 3 to 6 months Reports To: Head of Logistics Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Logistics Lead to oversee and execute our end-of-the-end international shipping operations from Texas market. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless freight movement, trade compliance, and service delivery. You will act as a bridge between logistics service providers (LSPs), internal business lines, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize routes, maintain visibility, and reduce operational costs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

→A High School Diploma or GED paired with a minimum of 4–5 years of progressive experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
→Strong oral and written communication capabilities, alongside excellent interpersonal skills
→Prioritization: Proven ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities effectively, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
→Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an commitment to operational excellence.
