At Engine, we’re transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented — we’re here to change that. We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That’s why we’re building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place.

To make this vision real, we’re looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.

More than 20,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience.

Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In’s Best Places to Work.

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Reimagine booking management experiences: Craft and execute innovative strategies to streamline the contracting and post‑booking journey, transforming today’s manual workflows into scalable, productized solutions that keep Engine ahead of the industry.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration: Partner closely with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and Engineering to uncover bottlenecks, align on priorities, and deliver seamless experiences for both internal teams and end customers.
  • Lead automation and tooling initiatives: Own the vision and roadmap for automating post‑booking processes—reducing cycle times, increasing bookings per rep, and lowering cost to serve—by driving enhancements to internal and customer‑facing tools, including opportunities to integrate AI.
  • Champion data‑driven outcomes and insights: Monitor and interpret key KPIs around contract cycle time, commission collection, and operational efficiency, turning insights into clear recommendations that elevate how Engine serves its customers and partners.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management or tooling-focused roles, ideally working on post-booking, post-sale, or later-funnel workflows that bridge operations and product.
  • Skills: You’re a problem-solver who can untangle complex, manual processes and turn them into intuitive, scalable product experiences. You’re comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners (operations, contracting, support, RevOps) and using data to drive decisions around cycle times, productivity, and cost to serve.
  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’ve built or optimized internal tools or admin experiences before, or have exposure to AI-driven workflows (for example, using AI to interpret or compare documents and contracts).
  • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the details of how work really gets done today, and collaborate with multiple teams to design solutions that improve efficiency, increase revenue capture, and deliver a better experience for both internal users and customers.

Applications for this role will be accepted through 6/13/26 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
