Bilingual Recruiter

Poly-America, L.P. is currently seeking Bilingual Recruiter to join our recruiting department.  Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.

Recruiters at Poly-America are responsible for proactively recruiting candidates using multiple resources including career fair recruitment and management of advertising.  Recruiters are responsible for the full cycle process from start to finish, including but not limited to: reviewing candidates in our ATS, phone screens, face-to-face interviews, developing offers, and new hire paperwork. Also, additional duties and responsibilities as become necessary and/or are assigned by management. 

• →Proactively recruit talent for production and warehouse positions using multiple resources
• →Aggressively recruit the best candidates for a wide range of open positions including general labor/production,  warehouse associates and maintenance.
• →Interview candidates for open positions
• →Develop and maintain relationships with department managers to meet staffing needs
• →Assures completion of all new hire paperwork and notifies department managers of incoming new hires
• →Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events
• →Performs additional duties as assigned to support effectiveness of the HR department

• Professional and courteous demeanor
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience required with manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of general Human Resources principles.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office software and applications
• Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision
