Full-Stack AI Developer (MERN stack)

About the Role

At Enphase, we're looking for a passionate Full-Stack AI Developer to build scalable web applications and enterprise AI solutions that drive business innovation. In this role, you'll leverage modern technologies including the MERN stack, Python, AWS cloud services, and Generative AI to develop intelligent, user-centric platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, custom Microsoft Teams integrations, and workflow-driven solutions that deliver real business impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, AI-enabled services, and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging AWS Bedrock and other AWS-managed services.
• Create intelligent workflows for use cases such as content generation, summarization, enterprise search, and virtual assistants.
• Optimize AI solutions through prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions through CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Who You Are and What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development using the MERN stack and Python.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, HTML5, CSS3, and API development.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern deployment practices.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Teams applications, enterprise platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI security best practices.
• Experience working with both NoSQL and relational databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
