Requirements

- Background in software development or system architecture
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier and/or Make)
- Experience using AI tools in development workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
- Experience with GitHub (version control, repositories)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure / virtual servers
- WordPress development or administration experience
- Strong written English and documentation skills
- Ability to work with US Pacific Time overlap
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity
- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
- Experience assessing systems and recommending automation solutions
- Strong problem-solver who thinks in systems, not tasks
- Able to balance strategy and execution
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Proactive and comfortable working independently
- Practical mindset — tests ideas before scaling
- Deliver working automation systems that improve real workflows
- Create documentation that enables non-technical users
- Build scalable, reliable solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems
