Back Office Professional (f/m/x) - Marginal Employment/Geringfügig (8,5 hours/week)

We are expanding our team and looking for a Back Office Professional (f/m/x) who wants to support our operations and contribute to the successful execution of our business processes.

As part of our Trading Operations Team, you will gain valuable experience at a dynamic and fast-growing energy company while supporting essential back-office activities that help drive our mission forward.

• Prepare and maintain customer and contract data for invoicing processes

• Support invoice validation and reconciliation activities

• Assist Trading Operations with risk mitigation and operational tasks

• Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Trading, Operations, Finance, and other business functions

• Support the preparation of reports, analyses, and operational documentation

You want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy, and

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or a relevant technical, vocational, or professional education program, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Enjoy working with data and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Are comfortable working with Excel and other data analysis tools

• Have an interest in energy markets, trading, or operational processes

• Are proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken

• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and stakeholders

• Value excellent team spirit and the opportunity to take ownership of your work

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants. This position is offered as a marginal employment for up to 8.5 hours per week. The exact weekly working time will be agreed mutually. Compensation is €14.16 gross per hour, payable 14 times per year.
