F+B Supervisor

• →Help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.
• →Be actively involved during service and jump in wherever needed.
• →Lead daily lineups and keep the team informed, motivated, and focused on great guest service.
• →Train, coach, and support team members to help them succeed.
• →Assist with employee scheduling and timekeeping.
• →Help manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• →Support Food & Beverage programs and initiatives designed to improve guest experiences and grow revenue.
• →Assign and manage opening and closing side work.
• →Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally.
• →Help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• →Address employee performance concerns and assist with coaching or corrective action when necessary.
• →Work closely with other departments to create a great overall experience for our guests.
• →Solve problems, make decisions, and help keep the operation moving—even when things get busy!

• A positive, hands-on leader who enjoys working with and motivating a team.
• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Someone who can multitask, stay organized, and keep their cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs is helpful.
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.

This is a full-time, year-round position at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
