EōS Fitness is looking for a Regional Vice President of Group Fitness who is ready to bring the energy, own the results, and lead Group Fitness to the next level across an assigned region. Reporting to the Vice President of Group Fitness, this leader will drive strategy, execution, and growth while building strong leaders, improving class participation, and ensuring every workout experience is fun, safe, motivating, and results-driven. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves developing people, using data to win, creating consistency across multiple clubs and partnering cross-functionally to deliver an unforgettable member experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional Group Fitness strategy and align it with company goals, member experience, and our Core Purpose.
  • Lead, coach, and grow District Group Fitness leaders with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Drive growth in class participation, class averages, instructor engagement, and overall performance.
  • Build strong, fully staffed teams through recruiting, onboarding, training, and leadership development.
  • Use reporting to spot trends, solve challenges, improve schedules, and focus priorities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support club engagement, new initiatives, openings, and EōS brand standards.
  • Stay close to feedback and industry trends to keep programming fresh, relevant, and exciting.
  • Champion safety, instructor readiness, and member-ready class experiences.
  • Model Extreme Ownership, optimism, teamwork, and a learn-and-grow mindset.
  • Keep Group Fitness team turnover below 10% through strong leadership and engagement.
  • Maintain 100% Group Exercise staffing across the assigned region.
  • Drive toward zero avoidable class cancellations.
  • Grow average class participation to 20+ members per class.
  • Support zero preventable injuries through safety and coaching standards.
  • Support member experiences that drive loyalty and 4+ star Yelp reviews.

 

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive fitness, Group Fitness, or multi-unit leadership experience.
  • Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification required; specialty and CPR certifications preferred.
  • Strong people leader who builds trust, coaches performance, and retains top talent.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to turn KPIs and reporting into action.
  • Deep knowledge of programming, instructor development, scheduling, and member engagement.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and create buy-in.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on accountability, improvement, and awesome member experiences.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with dashboards.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout clubs regularly.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 50%–70% as needed.
  • Use of personal vehicle for local travel, with reimbursement as applicable.
  • Available to support urgent business needs outside standard hours.
